Allahabad Dairy's commercial production was started in January 1998.The Registered Plant Capacity is 9750Ltrs. per day, however, all the key machines are of higher capacity and the plants capacity can be raised to 40,000 Ltrs. per day by adding very few balancing machines. The plant is fully automatic with all the process machines from M/s Alfa Laval.

The current products at Allahabad Dairy are pasteurized milk in pouches of 500ml and 200ml.(full cream, standard, toned and double toned), cream, ghee, paneer, butter, curd and mattha. All the products are manufactured in-house.

The Plant is a Modern Plant-almost fully automatic, with low manpower strength. All its critical equipments are from the best Equipment suppliers of the country like Alfa Laval (now De Laval), Nichrome, Tetrapak, Goma, Kirloskar, Ingersoll Rand, etc.

Trained man-power with over 10 years experience at all levels is available "on-roll". All Licenses and related Govt, clearances like Factories Act, FSS Act, ETP, Weights & Measures, etc are upto-date for FY 2014-15. Sanctioned load and full Generator back-up is available.

Capacity for handling is 15K-20K per 16 Hours operation. Storage for Raw and Finished Milk is between 30K-35K.
